Developing a society's right and contemporary attitude towards addressing drug-related problems. The development of services focuses primarily on the psycho-social side of the problem. The services include primary care for drug addicts, contact building, confidence-building and the establishment of a lasting relationship with a drug-dependent client, medical and social assistance, prevention work; providing information on drugs and safe sex; syringe exchange program and methadone replacement therapy if needed. The goal of the low threshold center is to reach as many drug addicts as possible. The establishment of the Center will provide the necessary overview of the activities of drug addicts, their needs and proposals. clients and customer counseling on all health issues.
