UMN is working to create engagement, activity and belief in youth's impact power.
For UMN it is important that youth be heard and that views of youth are emphasized in matters pertaining to them.

Prevention of the spread of HIV / AIDS among young people and vulnerable groups;
Support for young people in difficult life situations, including drug addicts, people living with HIV, and people in prison;
Promotion of a healthy lifestyle among young people;
Involving young people in solving problems of the local community;

Activation of rural women, raising their status and role in social and economic life.
Assistance in the formation and development of local self-government.

Practical realization of the ideas of humanism, good and charity and the promotion of their universal rooting in the public consciousness; Relief and prevention of human suffering, regardless of their racial, national, sexual, religious and class affiliation, ideological and political beliefs and social status, as well as feasible participation in the development of public health and social guarantees of people.
